This essay by Paul Graham of YC is a classic. I would recommend reading it, especially the section, Delight (delighting users).
I believe that being mindful can help us serve our customers better. For instance, instead of being led by any frustration, we would be able to focus on the issue and resolve it as quickly and effortlessly as possible.
I watched this video earlier this year and really loved it. It's about Thich Nhat Hanh and his mindfulness and compassion.
